Also in this folder is a letter from Norman B. Chandler responding to Howard H. [Tim] Hays, Jr.; and a letter from Tom Johnson to Howard H. [Tim] Hays, Jr., in which Johnson places nominates Otis Chandler for the California Press Association's Publisher of the Year.
